I think the service has been excellent, and the service writers are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional but the volume of the music in the waiting area is unbearably loud and there is nowhere to get a writers are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional but the volume of the music in the waiting area is unbearably loud and there is nowhere to get away from it as it is blasting outdoors as well. During the winter, I sat on a curb at the far end of the lot and used my hot spot to answer work email. On my most recent visit, it was suggested that I wait in the old building; however, a number of workers were in there. This is a very uncomfortable situation and it makes me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. More

Considering I've had a number of comparisons to make between Subaru of Port Richey and another local Subie dealership in the region, Subaru of Port Richey is the absolute best, hands down. Even before t between Subaru of Port Richey and another local Subie dealership in the region, Subaru of Port Richey is the absolute best, hands down. Even before they built the new showroom and service entrance, I have always driven over an hour out of my way to have my Subaru BRZ Series.Blue serviced at the place I purchased it over 5 years ago. Back then, Brian Skelton was my service writer, but he has now been promoted to the manager of the entire department, and rightfully so. I highly recommend anyone with a Subaru vehicle in the Tampa Bay area to make the drive out to Port Richey for top-notch service! More

Great dealership and great people working there! I made an appointment for a test drive of an 2021 Outback XT. We wanted to try out the new 2.4 turbo to compare it to our 2018 Outback with the 2.5 engine. an appointment for a test drive of an 2021 Outback XT. We wanted to try out the new 2.4 turbo to compare it to our 2018 Outback with the 2.5 engine. Nice acceleration, quiet, nice ride. We talked about it and decided we were happy with the 2.5. The salesman made us a good offer on our trade. We are Happy! We are looking forward to our next visit to Lokey Subaru. More
