I'm getting to the point of saying I would not recomment this service center. The tech spilled 5 quarts of oil down the side of the fill tube - the car still stinks when I run it. People were pulling up n this service center. The tech spilled 5 quarts of oil down the side of the fill tube - the car still stinks when I run it. People were pulling up next to me to tell me I was smoking. Then I took my wife's car in for standard oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to check the driver's side front tire cause it seems to have a slow leak. They never checked the tire, they didn't wash the car. They need some decent techs! More

Very efficiently took care of me, helping me above and beyond to get me the car I wanted, even when the one I initially went for was unavailable. Great service. I explained my issues and the took care of it. I think it is foolish and inconsiderate to force someone (who is taking THEIR time) to fill out the survey to be verbose and write more word it.
