They don’t know their product. I bought a 2019 and have had some issues. The sales dept. could not help me nor the service dept. First service plus Let me say that everyone I had dealt with, was a pleasure. Brian in service made me feel like I was there many times, but that was my first. I purchased the vehicle some time ago, sales person Mark Belviso, also made me feel I was a "buddy". There was something in the car that needed to be looked at. Not to get wordie, he worked hard to make me happy. There where others that also worked with me to make things right. Sorry I can't remember their names but I appreciated all. My wife will be looking for a car in the next few months and the first place we're going, Subaru. Regards, JR More
