Quick and Easy I had a problem that was outside of normal service. They were able to fix it that day, in just a few hours and because they had to replace a part inst I had a problem that was outside of normal service. They were able to fix it that day, in just a few hours and because they had to replace a part installed in May, it was under part warranty and I walked out without paying a dime. What is better than that? More

Service Department Brian and Gregg are very friendly and professional and my wife and I are always treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. What we are both unhappy with is that our car is not washed after servicing the reason we could only give a rating of 9 instead of a 10 The Subaru Dealership in Pa where we both came from always washed our car after servicing it.Hopefully the next time we come in for servicing our car will be washed.This ought to be your policy for every car that comes in for servicing. The Subaru Dealership I dealt with in Pa always washed my car after servicing it.Hope to see a change the next time I come in for service. More

It came out yes! I needed a battery! Go figure. This is my second time I purchased a new Subaru. I feel like it's would have been covered under my warranty. More
