All good but ONE factor They took me in 3 hours before my scheduled time to accommodate me having another appointment later that day. However, they did my car rather quickly yet when they called the receptionist to announce my name, and I was sitting less than 10' away from her, I never hear her call it. I was going to go outside and look around so I approached her and told her I'd be outside. She said she "thinks" they already finished my car. It was done, almost an hour earlier than when I talked to her. And according to the service people, the receptionist had done this "quite often". So, I recommend, if you are waiting for your car, go ask her at least every 30 minutes or so. More

I know this review sounds like I am being paid to write it, but this is honestly how I feel about Loki Subaru, they are the best. More

More issues when I left I went for service, a simple oil change. The vehicle that was returned to me now leaks oil, a large amount and the service person stated it is the car I went for service, a simple oil change. The vehicle that was returned to me now leaks oil, a large amount and the service person stated it is the cars fault because it's old, and needs a new oil pan which is only because they stripped the drainage plug. Also no my starter is bad the same day I left the service area, no issues prior. I was looking to buy a Subaru but now it will definitely not be at this location More

Great personal service Only went in for oil change. While waiting Mr Ted took me for a ride around the lot, knowing I was looking for a bigger car, and we found a few that w Only went in for oil change. While waiting Mr Ted took me for a ride around the lot, knowing I was looking for a bigger car, and we found a few that would work. Next I was sitting in the showroom and Mr Ted said "lets go for a ride" as he found the perfect car for me. A few hours later I was driving home in my new car. No hassle, great financing, very personal service and I was very HAPPY. Thankyou Mr Ted and the staff at Subaru Port Richey. Great Service!!! More
