Flat tire...left me pumped up! Six month old Crosstrek and I had a flat tire...talk about deflated. Luckily I chose the tire plan when I purchased my car so I called the dealer to Six month old Crosstrek and I had a flat tire...talk about deflated. Luckily I chose the tire plan when I purchased my car so I called the dealer to find out what to do. I got the roadside number to call and within 1 hour had the donut on and was on my way to the dealer. Brian quickly wrote up the paperwork said he hoped they had a new tire in my size, told me not to worry and to go have a seat in the waiting area. Luck was with me, a tire was available (mine was unrepairable), rim was checked, donut stowed in my trunk and I was called back to service to pick up my car. Considering I had no appointment I waited a reasonable amount of time (enough to thank the office staff for recommending the tire package when I purchased the vehicle) and I was on my way. Only second time I have been to that service department but sure hope future visits are as efficient, timely and pleasant. They did their best to turn around a bad experience. I have NEVER been treated this well at any dealership in my life, and it is appreciated! More
