Trustworthy and Knowledgeable Staff I go to Subaru of Port Richey because I trust the service team. The other day I was at the dealership to get my 60,000 mile tune up. In my mind I knew I go to Subaru of Port Richey because I trust the service team. The other day I was at the dealership to get my 60,000 mile tune up. In my mind I knew I needed to probably get tires too. Brian took me out to show me how to measure for tread depth. Instead of just selling me tires, he explained why it would be a good idea. He brought me behind the computer and we searched for different types of tires where he was super patient while he explained the numbers that represented the firmness of the rubber etc...The same day when my bill was already sitting at $1400, he came to the waiting room to bring me into the garage so that he and a mechanic could explain/demonstrate what a broken wheel bearing sounded like. It is this kind of transparency from a knowledgeable and friendly staff that makes me proud to take my car to Subaru of Port Richey. It’s hard to let go of $1,700, but because I trust Brian and the service team, it was much easier to do. More
