Excellence on all points I have worked with this dealership for slightly over a year now and they are excellent on all points of consumer contact. From Sales I've worked with I have worked with this dealership for slightly over a year now and they are excellent on all points of consumer contact. From Sales I've worked with Todd, Tony and Mark, Service I have worked with Brian, Greg and Walter, and Kevin in finance. Each of them have been very professional and truly showed a sincere interest in working with me with whatever I was there for at the time. The General Manager is visible at the site as well, Larry is actively working with the consumers that are at the dealership, he treats everyone like family and makes you feel welcome and at home. On top of that, they have a wide selection of cars available with new ones coming in constantly and a comfortable laid back feeling throughout the dealership. Be it new car purchase or service for one of the existing cars, they've got it covered!! Professional & Courteous I was promptly greeted as I drove into the Service Area. The Representative reviewed my service needs. I waited in the comfortable waiting room with W I was promptly greeted as I drove into the Service Area. The Representative reviewed my service needs. I waited in the comfortable waiting room with WiFi. They did run out of Donuts😨. My car was serviced in the time alloted. I added a car wash to my list this time. The car looked brand new. I don't think they shined the wheels as promised, however. More

Very satisfied and happy with the service I received.. I came in for my 6,000 mile service and for them to go over the car as I was going on a road trip. They did an excellent job and also washed and clean I came in for my 6,000 mile service and for them to go over the car as I was going on a road trip. Average I have seen better service centers. No one is out front to greet you unless you are looking to buy a car. Two times I have taken the car to get deta I have seen better service centers. No one is out front to greet you unless you are looking to buy a car. Two times I have taken the car to get detailed at 135 dollars a visit and both times the car was brought back to me still dirty. I left the car overnight and did not get the car back until 5pm. A call informing me of the status at some point would have been nice. Instead I called them around 2pm to find out when or if the car was done yet. I do not live close to this location and had to race to the shop before the service rep left for the day, they did not finish the car until the service center was closing. As for the detail, I would not have cared if it was just a car wash but the rep had informed me that it was to be detailed to a show room finish. Both times I got the car back with leaves still in the window and in the trunk doors. The second time some kind of oil was used on the leather and it was dirty. It was like someone used a dirty rag or just rubbed the existing dirt around with oil. Maybe they just sprayed it with oil and never wiped it down, not sure. If you wiped your finger across the leather it was gritty and a residue of oil and black dirt was left on your hand. I showed the rep and he asked "is there anything we could do?" not what I was looking for. Sales reps are nice but nothing above average about this particular dealership. I am not a huge Ford fan but if you want to see an above average service center, check out Karl Flammer Ford. Had to take my company vehicle there once and I was amazed at how friendly and awesome the service was. A young man greeted me as I pulled in followed by a rep who quickly took my information down, showed me to the doughnuts, coffee and TV. I was up and running in a reasonable amount of time, while updating me on its status through the duration of the visit. More
