Excellent and honest I have a Saturn Vue which is not made since 2009 which is the year I bought my car. The dealership told me I could get free oil changes for the lif I have a Saturn Vue which is not made since 2009 which is the year I bought my car. The dealership told me I could get free oil changes for the life of my car. Since the first time I had the oil changes the service department mostly Brian Skelton have taken care that my service is done efficiently. Then I got the bad news that my engine needed to be replaced. I had 150,000 miles on the engine. The service department could have told me to get another vehicle but instead look online and gave me a price to have an engine put in. It of course is not new but they replaced it and I am extremely happy. To be truthful as a female I am usually skeptical when someone gives me advice in the field of automotive because by nature so many dealerships try to upsell their work. I can tell you this dealership does not do this. They knew I am not ready to purchase a new car or even used car due to my fixed income. I will never go anywhere else and in a few years may even purchase a Subaru when ready for another vehicle. Thank you so much guys. More

Knowledgeable, friendly service When I told Brian about an issue with the vehicle, he went out and fixed it and then explained what had caused it. He also went over the service that was necessary at this checkup so that I knew what to expect, which I greatly appreciated. Service was quicker than I thought it would be. Not up to par They didn’t do the work that was quoted to me and then also didn’t even put a sticker for my oil on my car. Better work and prices at Walmart and they clean your car out complimentary! More
