The Salesman Ed P. was very nice and made feel welcomed, he and his boss worked to get my payment at a comfortable amount. But, I did express on my test drive (Saturday) that the brakes squeaked to much, and it was not taken car of when I picked up on Monday evening. Wish that it my request was listened to, before I drove off, and got to Lancaster to hear it was even worse than I thought. More

Went to the dealer to get pricing on a Highlander, not expecting to buy one at that time. Sarah went out of her way to help us, and came to us with an offer that we just couldn't pass up. I'm sure this w expecting to buy one at that time. Sarah went out of her way to help us, and came to us with an offer that we just couldn't pass up. I'm sure this was not one of her easier sales, but she kept smiling and trying to get something that would work for us, so for that, we thank you! When we took delivery of the car, Brian spent over 30 minutes with us to show and explain to us the tremendous amount of electronics and features that the car has, along with the comfort of being able to contact him at any time if we had questions about anything. Overall, a great experience, and everyone we interacted with was very helpful and professional. More
