A dealership that is enjoyable to work with!! I was truly impressed with the staffing there. They weren't pushy, enjoyable to work with, and I didn't feel like they were trying to purely sell me o I was truly impressed with the staffing there. They weren't pushy, enjoyable to work with, and I didn't feel like they were trying to purely sell me on anything. They let the products speak for themselves and they were very helpful. I worked with Frank and I certainly didn't expect to come in and leave with a car that day. He was great, and I'm very happy with my vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone. There are so many options that make it possible to get a vehicle here and the customer service isn't like any other dealership I've been to. It's more like working with a friend who wants to help you get what you want rather than a salesman pushing a sale on you. I would definitely like to continue my business them. More

New lease with sales agent Ken Stuart. Ken Stuart has also been my sales agent for many years & is always a pleasure to work with. He is very attentive to any concerns or questions I have & will always get an answer quickly for me. He returns my phone calls promptly even on weekends so I feel he has always gone beyond the call of duty to give good service. I look forward to working with Ken whenever needed as I know he will always take care of me. Crown in general has always been awesome to work with & everyone there is very friendly. Was a great help and eliminated the problem. Brian not only eliminated the issue o f alignment, he took time to explain other things about the vehicle that I was not aware of prior to the visit.
