This review is directed towards the service department. I feel compelled to write it because I just left a 5-star review for the sales and do NOT want people to attribute that review to the service departm I feel compelled to write it because I just left a 5-star review for the sales and do NOT want people to attribute that review to the service department. The service department is full of scam artists that hustle customers for high commissions. I developed a radiator leak on. Friday before a 3-day holiday weekend. I went in and received an estimate on Friday. I told them I wanted to check around for a better price. When I left I discovered that there were no other mechanics who could fix my radiator before the following Tuesday so I was forced to go back to Crown. When I returned the following day, they laughed and said, “oh, you couldn’t find anyone else to repair it this weekend.” They then quoted me a price that was even higher than the one from the day before—by $180.00–for the SAME service they quoted me the day before. I argued but there was nothing I could do. I had to have my radiator repaired. I have the documentation to prove everything said in this review. DO NOT go to Crown Volvo device department. More
