Wish this dealer was just better. Time and again I’ve returned since they are nearest me. Time and again they disappoint. Service writers don’t seem particularly interested in your issue. You’ll ofte returned since they are nearest me. Time and again they disappoint. Service writers don’t seem particularly interested in your issue. You’ll often see them chatting amongst themselves while customers wait in line. Kevin (Ochoa?) is the only service rep who followed up and stood out as a professional. Appointments for even routine maintenance doesn’t seem to mean much as it’s no guarantee your vehicle will be seen in order. In fact, just recently was I made aware the service department cannot do in house wheel alignments so they send vehicles out for certain services. Don’t expect status updates though unless you repeatedly ask for them. The valet guys will literally pick up your vehicle and forget/ neglect to drive it back to you. I had to call the wheel shop the vehicle was dropped off at to confirm the service department picked it up. I was finally driven to my vehicle after waiting an additional 40 minutes after my service was completed and signed. Oh, and the issue wasn’t resolved so I had to reach out to JeepCares/ Wave to open a case. Not sure if it’s just a “Jeep thing” but even my best visits at this service department are objectively the worst dealer service experiences I’ve had in my 16 years of driving. Cannot in good conscience recommend this service department. Better off DIY or paying your local mechanic. More

Apparently having an appointment does not mean anything at this place. It took an hour and a half for an oil change. Terrible customer service too when I told them I needed my car to get to work. They said at this place. It took an hour and a half for an oil change. Terrible customer service too when I told them I needed my car to get to work. They said it was done, next one out, and then it took 30 minutes to get it when I prodded them again. Sounds like more dishonesty to me. More

My car was serviced efficiently as it always is.
