I wanted to purchase a certified pre owned from a dealership because I trusted that they would ensure quality in my purchase. I couldn't have been more wrong. The wrangler I purchased was leaking water so bad the jack was inoperable. I discovered that about 2 months after purchase. I went into the rear compartment and it was filled with water. Then my breaks started making a little noise I only heard twice. I took it in and found out I needed breaks and rotors. When I brought it in for the break noise I asked them to check on the leak. Afte 6 days! They finally gave me an answer. Neither the breaks nor the leak were covered under the additional extended warranty I purchased. The breaks were 600$ and the leak was a 50$ part but they were going to charge me 280$ labor. Again they took my jeep for 6 days and wouldn't take any of my calls nor would they return them. I had to actually go to the dealership several times in an attempt to get answers. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and I would recommend everyone refuse to purchase vehicles from them or take their vehicles there for service. More
