After a disappointing service visit, the first ever in my 7 years of having my car serviced at Bayside Jeep, I was contacted by the Assistant Service Manager, a Mr. C. We spoke about my issues. Mr. C. was p 7 years of having my car serviced at Bayside Jeep, I was contacted by the Assistant Service Manager, a Mr. C. We spoke about my issues. Mr. C. was patient and understanding and resolved the problem to my satisfation. It was refreshing to be contacted by the Service Dept. of a dealer. Honestly, it was unexpected. I appreciate the Service Dept. contacting me and resolving all my issues. Because of this, I am returning to Bayside Jeep to continue the maintenance of my Wrangler. Thanks, Bayside Jeep. More
