We visited three Subaru dealerships, and talked by phone to several others. None of them came close to Premier Subaru in every way. We are at that time in life when you don't think you'll be buying a new car ever again; in other words, 'advanced years.' But being rear-ended while driving our previous vehicle sent us looking for a new one to replace the totaled one we had just lost. Deciding on the Subaru Outback was a research project on its own, but one that could be done largely by reading & watching; then by a test drive or two or five . . . But finding a dealer with whom we felt comfortable was something else entirely. Once we met Brian at Premier Subaru, we knew we had found the dealership we'd been looking for. We were not easy customers: indecisive on everything from the trim to the color. It took us many visits, more than many emails back and forth, and lots of phone calls. But Brian never lost patience with us, and was always there to listen, or to advise, but NEVER to push. And he was so nice. Actually, everyone we encountered at this dealership was nice. If Brian was on a day off, someone else was there to step in. And it was always someone nice. [In a different dealership we visited, the salesman's day off meant that no one else was interested in temporarily helping out.] Premier Subaru is a special place to buy your vehicle from. It isn't the closest Subaru dealership to where we live, but it is the best dealership we visited in our search for the right - and the last - vehicle we would ever buy. It was worth the travel time and the cost of gas to get there. We couldn't be happier with the Outback we chose (Touring XT). And we couldn't be happier with the people we bought it from. More

Brian, our salesperson, was fantastic—very tech-savvy and made sure our phones were fully connected to the car before we drove off. Jack B., the business manager, walked us through all the costs upfront before we made our decision, which we really appreciated. At pickup, Andi did an excellent job explaining the features and double-checking everything was connected before we left. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that could have improved our experience with Premier Subaru in Branford. From sales to finance to driving off the lot, it was the best car-buying experience I’ve had. I’m thrilled with my new car! More
