Firstly, the people I dealt with were nice and not pushy. If you showed any bit of hesitation, they remind you that it is okay to walk away. I took my time, read every document and asked questions. Some he seemed to have expected, others he seemed a little bothered I asked. They do offer an oil change package, but that is all that comes with it. You get two free oil changes a year. You are charged for tire rotations. They also price their vehicles to sell and leave no room for negotiating the price, so don't go in with a number you want to talk them down to. More

Horrible experience I have been a loyal Dodge owner for many years. About 1 1/2 years ago, I decided to trade in my Dodge Avenger for a Dodge Charger. I purchased the car I have been a loyal Dodge owner for many years. About 1 1/2 years ago, I decided to trade in my Dodge Avenger for a Dodge Charger. I purchased the car and about a week later found that the battery was dead in the key fob. This was not a major deal, but was more of a nuisance. A few months later, after only driving the vehicle for about 7,000 miles, I found out I needed to purchase new tires. I paid a lot of money for the car and found it odd that they would sell it to me with end of life tires. Coincidentally, the salesman texted me to ask how the car was doing. I told him about the tire issue and got no response. Eventually I took the car to a tire shop and purchased new tires. I would like to think this was an honest oversight, but I have no way to tell. The car ran well for about a year after getting the new tires. Then, the muffler hanger broke and I took the car into a local shop. They told me the entire exhaust system was an after market part and didn’t even fit on the vehicle. I was quoted a substantial amount of money for the repair, so I contacted Armory Dodge to inquire about the warranty I purchased along with the car. They told me that it wasn’t covered under my warranty since “it looks like someone recently installed an after market exhaust system”. I explained that this is how Armory sold me the car and that I shouldn’t be responsible for it. They were not willing to budge and I ended up again paying more money for this car that I have only had for a short time. I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership since they specifically state on their website that they use only Dodge parts. It is a shame because I was planning on buying another Dodge as my next vehicle but I am more than likely going to look elsewhere. All the people I encountered were very nice, friendly people. However, the problems with this vehicle and inability for them to absorb some of the costs that I felt were their responsibility will impact my decision to do business with them in the future. More

Excellent Used 2016 Chrysler 300C AWD Purchase Experience Met Brian over the internet. When the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available he found me 3 similar one and we stopped in to see and drive Met Brian over the internet. When the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available he found me 3 similar one and we stopped in to see and drive one that my son fell in love with. Brian did not pressure us at all and took us on an excellent test drive through SUNY Albany as we were not familiar with the area. We bought the car and we love it.
