The thing I like most about this service center is the honesty and transparency of the customer service team. I had taken my VW to another local dealer and while the work was done well, I learned to just honesty and transparency of the customer service team. I had taken my VW to another local dealer and while the work was done well, I learned to just double the time estimate they would provide. I would be told they could have the car back to me in 4 hours so I would make plans accordingly but then it would end up taking 8+ hours. As I told them, I wouldn’t care if you had initially told me it was going to take 8 hours but it’s incredibly frustrating to be told one time and have it be twice as long. Anyhow, that was my reason for the switch and I’ve been very happy with the honesty and transparency of this team, as well as the quality of the work performed. More

The experience was so bad I will never return to your dealership for service or anything else. I canceled my extended warranty, which cost me more than $1000. Go to Emich VW to find the differences. Far better professional interaction with service consultant, they looked up my extended warranty, and sorted problem out immediately.
