They need more Genesis loaners. I scheduled the service for my genesis G70 and my loaner car was Hyundai Kona. Its either get that loaner and re-schedule my maintenance. It just does I scheduled the service for my genesis G70 and my loaner car was Hyundai Kona. Its either get that loaner and re-schedule my maintenance. It just doesnt make sense that they are always low in or dont have genesis loaner cars and loaners are older version. I guess I am used to with Audi services which they always offer newer version cars and always have many loaners ready to go. More

Never felt so disappointed buying a new car Mike Lemm and Mark Strege are complete liars. I bought a NEW Pallisade Limited and they told me it was going to be cleaned, it wasn't and they lied Mike Lemm and Mark Strege are complete liars. I bought a NEW Pallisade Limited and they told me it was going to be cleaned, it wasn't and they lied about it. It was a showroom car and they promised me they would clean it, disinfect and wipe all the surfaces, make sure theres no concerns. There are still stickers on the car and a big stain on one of the seats. There is no way they cleaned the car. I didn't complain about price, sales experience, nothing. I just want a clean car, especially cause its brand new. But they can't even be honest about that. Is it so difficult to do what you say you're going to do? What is the purpose of making your customer feel like xxxx after they just dropped $50K on a car? Does that make you feel successful? Like you won something? Let me tell you what you've won. An unhappy customer who will never purchase from Gurnee Hyundai or a Bob Rohrman dealership. It's clear that being a decent human being isn't in the job description. In addition, I will make sure to leave this review everywhere i can. Maybe even a letter to corporate. I can't return it and don't trust them to clean it. Way to make your customer happy. All you had to do was clean the car properly and this would be a good review. Dumbasses. More

Horrible. Trying to sell our car back to us for market value but yet our lease had a buy out of way less. Everyone just couldn’t agree on anything and tried to make us pay 6k MORE than we should have. Sti value but yet our lease had a buy out of way less.
