Acura of Westchester is the most attentive, customer friendly and devoted to their customers. I have never had a problem with their services or buying and leasing a car. The sales part is okay; the back, the repairs and maintenance, is horrible. You gho in for warranty repair and get your oil changed. 2 1/2 hours later they tell you the oil is done but they don't h maintenance, is horrible. You gho in for warranty repair and get your oil changed. 2 1/2 hours later they tell you the oil is done but they don't have the parts. Wait, don't hear from them so you go in again; they talk you into an oil change but the parts are not in. You check the oil and notice it is still low and filthy not new oil. And the $5. charge for windshield washer fluid which was full to over flowing when you brought it in. So you try one more time and they tell you you are out of warranty. Wrote to management; never heard back. More
