Something that I like from my shopping experience was what Brianna said "choose the color outside and inside that you want, we can get it for you, do not choose from what we do have available right now, get what you like, we can get it for you", it remind me of my last car before Acura with another dealer, I was buying a new car and the sales person told me that I have to choose what they had in stock, I remember buying a new car and wishing I have chosen another color, this doesn't happen at Acura of Westchester. With my Acura MDX I am 100% happy!!!! More

The experience has been positive and hassle-free each time. They worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. The service staff is friendly and courteous as they service the car from time to time. I even had a leather wheel cover that I wanted removed and put on my new vehicle and Brianna found someone to carefully take it off and preserve it for reuse! And Julian gave me tips on places to visit and things to do on an upcoming trip to his home of St. Maarten. They kept me comfortable with bottled water while we met and later moved me quickly through the paperwork. I recommend Acura of Westchester and sent a friend to them who bought an Acura herself on my recommendation of their cars and service and desire to work with the buyer to their satisfaction. More
