My husband and I have now leased three MDX's from Acura of Westchester. We were very disappointed that the lovely salesman Peter that we had dealt with for the first two has now changed his career. We recently received a call from Brianna Tozzo letting us know she is there to help us if we are looking to turn in our vehicle and get a new one. Now who whould not be thrilled to do that!! I was very specific about what we needed and that we were not willing to increase our expense. Brianna definately put herself out to try and please us but was just not able to meet our needs. I totally understood and let her know that sometimes things change and feel free to contact me when she thought she could satisfy our need. One month later there was delightful, cheery Brianna on the phone telling us to come in to the showroom that she has the exact car we want at the right price. I am most embarrassed to say that naturally I doubted her and figured she just wants us to come down and we will probably accept an offer that was now a little closer to our need. NOPE, not the case, she was on target, stuck to her word, did it with smiles and giggles and truly made this such an enjoyable experience. We totally loved Brianna and hope to deal with her in car stress forever more. I must compliment the dealership as well. We have had three of their wonderful autos and have seriously not had one complaint in all these years. All the salespeople are lovely and lovely to each other and that is quite refreshing. Sorry for my lengthy compliment but I truly cannot say enough about Brianna and her joyous professional demeanor and the very upstanding dealership she works for. It is just a pleasure to do business with them. More

Brianna was extremely friendly and knowledgable of the vehicle. She explained thoroughly what my options were (I was at the end of my lease and we were discussing turning in early). We quickly came to vehicle. She explained thoroughly what my options were (I was at the end of my lease and we were discussing turning in early). We quickly came to a fair agreement on price and was able to pick up my new car the next day. Definitely would reccomend Brianna and this dealership to others. (I currently live twice as far from this dealership than Acura of Bedford hills and it was worth the extra distance) More

She explained everything in a fashion that was very easy for us to understand.I would recommend everyone go to her. When we went to pick up the car she took us to the car and proceeded to explain all of the controls and even syn our phones for us. She also repeatedly asked if we had any questions during this whole process. She asked us to call or stop by the dealership after a few days of having the car so that she could answer any questions we may have. She explained that when it came to any service we may need she would make all of the arraingements for us if we would just let her know. More
