I had 2 Acura's in the past and was treated so well at Acura of Westchester that only life's circumstances could have torn me away 3 years ago. When I decided I wanted another new car I called Liz my ser Acura of Westchester that only life's circumstances could have torn me away 3 years ago. When I decided I wanted another new car I called Liz my service agent for 8 years or so. I had battled some health issues in the past couple of years, and even though I was not driving an Acura, Liz had found the time and inclination to call and reach out to me during my chemo just to send me good wishes and prayers. Of course I called her when I was ready to get moving again. She referred me to Brianna Tozzo, a totally wonderful, bright, efficient young sales woman who was absolutely terrific. She worked very, very hard to get me the exact car I wanted and then took it upon herself to help me get a few day lease extension on my Saturn and to make my life easier got her manager to agree to allow my car to be picked up there. Brianna called and followed up everytime she said she would with every person she needed to. She made me her priority. Her goal was to make my return to health and my Acura a happy, easy experience...and it absolutely was a perfect car experience. And the price was very competitive. Before I finalized my decision I shopped around quite a bit...GM, Ford, Jeep, Mercedes and was frustrated by lack of information, lack of energy, and lack of integrity...all that made my ACURA experience even more outstanding. Many in the dealership knew I had been ill and greeted me with great affection and support...They welcomed me "home". Of course Elizabeth was the primary motivating factor that brought me back...and Brianna was a dream come true in the car shopping world. Acura of Westchester, (a fine organization) is very lucky to have these two smart, kind and caring women representing them. They deserve their fine reputation and their well earned success. More

I have to say that our experience at Acura of Westchester has been hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Brianna Tozzo is an exceptional sales associate. Her persinality, actions and follow through make you understand why she has been so successful in her chosen career. I've been working in the retail field for over 25 years and am extreemly critical of other establishments when conducting business with them. I suspect that we are all typically on guard when going to make a car purchase. Bad experiences seem to come to mind every time we start the car buying process.
