Being indecisive about two models, he educated us on the differences of the two models, and was able to answer all questions we asked about the cars. We trusted him, as his knowledge of the models was impeccable! We made a second appointment with him to handle the finite details of vehicle color, wheel preference, and interior detailing. He was determined to get us in the car we wanted down to every detail. Britt was instrumental in making the purchase transaction smooth and easy with the trade in of our older Merceds into the new vehicle. We will purchase from him again for our next vehicle! More
