I was able to use my coupon for oil change with no problem. It was explained to me by Brittany what need attention - two filters need to be replaced which we did. It was good. Small mishap regarding estimate that I was given vs nothing being in the file. One air conditioning part was fixed at Manly last year but never really worked. Despite saying they guaranteed the work for a year, when I returned with the same complaint of no cold air, they said it was but never really worked. Despite saying they guaranteed the work for a year, when I returned with the same complaint of no cold air, they said it was a completely different part that needed repair. xx. CSRep Brittany only gave 10% off because I asked for consideration, $100 off. Then When I came for pickup was told I could wait for them to run it thru the wash-should not have summoned me to pick it up if it wasn't really ready-who has time to wait? Never visiting Manly again for repairs or future potential purchases, very scammy to say it was fixed when it wasn't. Will also advise friends, family to avoid Manly due to obvious dishonesty. More

I had to wait by the door for 4-5 minutes until someone would acknowledge me. There's no line, there's no process to check in, you just have to wait an hope someone notices you. Finally someone came up and would acknowledge me. There's no line, there's no process to check in, you just have to wait an hope someone notices you. Finally someone came up and help organize the line that now had about 5 people waiting. Once you get help, its OK, but its awful waiting for acknowledgement with no defined check in process. More

Very efficient and courteous service My experience with Manly Honda was very good. I had a short wait as they were very busy when I arrived. Uber was called to take me back to my home to wait for my car to be fixed so I was able to get my chores done while waiting for my car. More
