I was a little disappointed with the Finance person, who could be a little more courteous. It seemed as though she did not like being asked questions. I was also surprised, at how the dealership treated after making the payment. Typically, dealers hand you a folder with all documentation, explain you everything, give a swag or gift (optional) etc...basically they make you feel good, as you bought a car from them. Here, at Luther, the finance person stashed all the papers in an envelope and that was it....Not that I care for their swag or gift, just that I felt very odd the way they did it. More

Our car buying experience was not just what you would expect but what you would hope for. Our salesman, Jeff, really knew his products inside and out and you could tell he was a real "car guy" himself. expect but what you would hope for.
