We had to drag our two little children to the dealership with us for the transaction and Jonathan was kind enough to let us borrow his personal ipad to let our children watch a movie while we talked business. That made it a lot easier for everyone. It took a little over 5 hours to close out the deal but all parties were polite. We got there around 3 and did not complete everything until after 8:30. We had not planned on being there that long so we didn't bring any snacks...everyone was starving by the end of the transaction. Similarly, after being there for 5 hours our kids had gotten very bored and were ready to play, none of the employees seemed like it bothered them and I appreciated that fact. More
