Great car 2013 S550 and professional people. I loved the car. It was obviously meticulously maintained by previous owner. Liked the fact that it was a CPO vehicle. Josh, our sales person was grea I loved the car. It was obviously meticulously maintained by previous owner. Liked the fact that it was a CPO vehicle. Josh, our sales person was great. No pressure-handled everything with class. Honest and straightforward. A real class act. In short the entire experience was pleasant and efficient. We were in and out in an hour and a half. Returned a few days later for further instruction on electronics and was treated like I was there to buy something and not like oh we already sold him. More

Miss Brittany Hope contacted me within 20 min of my messaging dealership. Brittany was very professional and was very prompt in trying to earn our business. I made the short trip to the dealership 1/1/2019. I text her and negotiated a offer for vehicle. She explained it would be the following morning before she could submit my offer. Brittany called as soon as dealership opened and excepted offer with no hassle. Offered to deliver at no extra charge (120) miles. It arrived exactly when she said it would. Dealing with salesman at dealerships for over 30 years and Brittany Hope has went above and beyond what was expected of her. , Mercedes -Benz of Columbus has a truthful and a very professional/ Salesperson and I would suggest giving Brittany Hope a call if you are looking for a used or new vehicle.
