Great experience purchasing a used vehicle I purchased a used vehicle and the people and process all went perfect. I also appreciated the fact that they are a USAA certified listed dealership a I purchased a used vehicle and the people and process all went perfect. I also appreciated the fact that they are a USAA certified listed dealership and support the military and its veterans. All my dealer interactions were conducted via the internet and/or the phone. Brittany and Malcolm were both wonderful to deal with. Seeing that I lived in Murphy, NC, Malcolm even arranged to have his local driver(s) bring the vehicle to Atlanta for finish the purchase. The vehicle met and exceeding all my expectations. Is was obvious to me on my first inspection of the vehicle that M-B of Columbus takes pride in all aspects of their business. Malcolm truly deserves special kudos for going the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied.
