Our plan was to just take a quick trip to see if we liked the SUV. We have owned Lexus SUVs in the past and currently owned a Lexus. She provided us with so much helpful information about the different packages and options and showed us multiple 450s with the different options for comparison. Without her expert knowledge of the model, we may have gone with a different make and model. However, we bought one from Mercedes-Benz of Columbus the very next day! The dealership was approximately 600 miles away from my home and Brittany offered to meet me part of the way to save me time and mileage. I was pleased with this generous offer and was met at a neutral location roughly half way there. The transaction was smooth and very pleasant. I'd recommend anyone to visit this dealership for any Mercedes want you may have. Although I am a good distance away with several dealerships in between, I happily visit this location again for any additional purchases. More
