I told him the issue, which I already knew from talking to the dealership I bought it from and Toyota themselves and he talked down to me. When I asked for my keys back, he informed me what the issue was.. which happened to be the exact thing I told him was the issue when I got there. I will never use Capital Toyota again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I know if my husband had been there, this would not have happened. I would rather drive a longer distance to receive better customer service.

Have had 4 Toyotas and a Jeep serviced there for 8 years. This time whew. Brought in one of our Tacomas for brakes and a checkup. After waiting 3+ hours checked on it. Hadn’t even started. Got a ride home and back, which was good. The appointment was at 10:00am got it back at 5:00pm. The final cost was almost 2x quoted estimate.

Brody was very professional and assisted me in getting my 88 year old mother to the waiting area and seated her comfortably. The lady who called me to set up my appointment was also very professional. Sarah is her name I think. Also we were in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! Thank you Toyota Staff!!!!

30 minutes from Jacksonville and traveled to see my parents at Cloudland Canyon this week. About an hour away from our destination, we ran over something in the road in the middle of no where, in the pouring rain, when it was pitch black outside, and got a flat tire! The nearest Toyota Dealership, was Capital Toyota, so I called and was transferred to Gwen. I am SO glad I was!!! Gwen was so nice, compassionate, and PATIENT with me!!! I explained our situation and mishaps and she worked to get us scheduled with a new tire and wheel, so we could travel back home. She told me to ask for Brody when I came in and I'm glad she referred me to him, because he was also SO wonderful to work with!!! Brody kept me informed on when the part would be in, got everything taken care of, and got us back on the road so we could head back home on time!!! Being over 7 hours away from my "home" toyota dealership was stressful, but Gwen and Brody made this a very enjoyable experience!!!!! Thank you SO very much to you both!!! (All the staff were friendly and welcoming when I walked in also!)
From this experience, I would definitely recommend anyone to Capital Toyota for all their service and repairs!! Go See Gwen and Brody and they'll take care of you, like you're "FAMILY" :-) So great meeting you both! Take care and thanks again y'all!!!!!!
