I’m conflicted because I enjoyed working with Brody and everyone at the dealership. 2026 GMC 2500 HD AT4. Upon arriving home I discovered the AT4 premium gooseneck / 5th wheel (puck) hitch premium pack everyone at the dealership. 2026 GMC 2500 HD AT4. Upon arriving home I discovered the AT4 premium gooseneck / 5th wheel (puck) hitch premium package was not installed. They installed something different than we agreed on. I could have purchased the same truck with it already installed at #vanguardGMC from the factory for the same price. My wife was sitting right beside me when I showed Brody the picture and he went and showed it to the manager (David) who said they’d install can have this installed. I’m hoping they can order a new bed and install the AT4 premium gooseneck / 5th wheel hitch (puck) premium package. Hopefully we can get this misunderstanding resolved on this Monday. More
