I’ve purchased last 4 automobiles from this dealership. First because they were close to home and then because I have dealt with same people there for everything. Jr in sales everytime and Brad always did the financing - then became service manager. He always acknowledged me by name when I walked in and said I deserved good service for as many years I had been coming there- probably 25 yrs. John was my beloved service rep - was so disappointed he left but Sam now taken care of me for approx 4-5 years. Went this week and was so disappointed Brad service manager is gone. As many years as he had been there I hope changes aren’t in line there. It’s important to me to know and trust who I take my vehicle to. I’ve been pleased obviously in past and still have Sam but more changes my next vehicle may not be purchased at heritage More

I took it in Friday at 11am and they said they couldn't look at it till Monday. Still no word on Monday, finally heard Tuesday they hadn't pulled it in yet, but needed another $1,000 to look into it. Have since seen reports on what a bad engine the 6.2 is and all the problems with no GMC help. I took it somewhere else to be worked on. I only had 77,000 miles and need a new engine. Shame on GMC for not recalling this when they knew the problem. More
