Service and Brooke were excellent. The self-check in was awkward, seems like that should have been done by the advisor. Also, I was disappointed that my vehicle was not washed. Dealing with the Brooke and the service guy I worked with a few days earlier was excellent . However the credit card fee and check policy together are terrible. Two years ago and this year I had to leave the a few days earlier was excellent . However the credit card fee and check policy together are terrible. Two years ago and this year I had to leave the car overnight and I live about an hour away. After the car was delivered I had to pay with a credit card,and couldn't send a check back with the driver who delivered the car. These 2 services cost me about $200 in just credit card fees. Unless there is a payment policy change (such as no credit card charge if the car has to be left overnight for out of town customers, or allowing delivery drivers to bring back checks),I might have to consider other service options. More
