Having driven luxury cars for the last 45 years, I have to say, this is by far and away the worst dealership I have ever encountered. Very sad, because I like the BMW brand and have owned many. First, the glass people are like circling harassing hawks and they are liars. He didn’t even know which car was mine and tried to guess and showed me pictures of things that probably weren’t even my car and and they are liars. There are no deficiencies at all in my glass - 100% certain. They are trying to run a scam. I told the guy I wasn’t interested and then they kept calling me. I had to block their number. This made for a miserable experience. It makes me want to go to a different dealership. I live in Punta Gorda so I have choices between Sarasota, Fort Myers and neighbors. Probably won’t be back to Sarasota because I also feel like you guys are just trying to sell extra things that aren’t needed. I have relatively new tires and the front tires are showing a bit of where but the back tires are perfectly fine. I had a second opinion on this and I was thrilled all four tires needed to be replaced. Not true.. More
