Did not reinstall fasteners under hood. When called out. they replaced them but then said they were not there when the car came in. My photo proved I was right. The service writer manager talks fast and doesn't listen. Technicians need to adhere to the standard of excellence that Lexus touts. Yes, even in the little things...something as small as a faster. if the fastners aren't needed and can be left out. ?why did the manufacturer install them? More
