Was told my car would be looked at that day (friday) because I had an appointment. When I had heard nothing by end of day I called and was told they would not be able to look at the car until at least M because I had an appointment. When I had heard nothing by end of day I called and was told they would not be able to look at the car until at least Monday. Manager Art Wierzbicki dismissed any concern claiming that no communication was necessary and then lied about conversation with service advisor despite not being present. This dealership is not client centered and is disrespectful toward its customers. Male sales staff also video female clients/customers when they are on the property. More
