This dealership has lost a customer due to the lack of service and response to my new Dodge. It started the first month, transmissions issues, took it to the dealer, late July, scheduled a maintenance tim service and response to my new Dodge. I go in every week, first 2 weeks not looked at, third week in diagnostics, I asked they call with updates and nothing, will have to go back up there and raise some noise. I was looking at a new Jeep, but this has made me to start looking at the new Bronco's. As far as referring Jim Glover to anybody, well you know what I will say. More

The sales staff was amazing! While looking for my wifes Jeep and later my Truck AJ listened to our needs (wants) and showed us what we asked for.
