This dealership has lost a customer due to the lack of service and response to my new Dodge. It started the first month, transmissions issues, took it to the dealer, late July, scheduled a maintenance tim service and response to my new Dodge. It started the first month, transmissions issues, took it to the dealer, late July, scheduled a maintenance time for Aug 6, Have not seen it since, we call the service department and always get someone will call back, has not happened. I go in every week, first 2 weeks not looked at, third week in diagnostics, I asked they call with updates and nothing, will have to go back up there and raise some noise. I was looking at a new Jeep, but this has made me to start looking at the new Bronco's. As far as referring Jim Glover to anybody, well you know what I will say. More
