Crown Honda: New I moved here from New York and was due for servicing on my Honda vehicles. Brooks Falzone was my Service Rep. He went the extra mile to move my appointments along, explained everything and put the people at my old Honda dealership, in New York, to shame. Crown will probably be my new dealership. It's not the salesperson its the followup servicing that works. More
