Michael Tan is the Best! My wife and I were in a leased 2016 CRV and were so happy with it, then we got a call from Michael Tan inquiring if we would be interested in trading My wife and I were in a leased 2016 CRV and were so happy with it, then we got a call from Michael Tan inquiring if we would be interested in trading up to a 2018 CRV. We skeptically said we would come in to talk about it. When we got there we were impressed beyond compare at the thoroughness, empathy and support we got from Michael to help us make our decision. We even got a chance to talk to our favorite service person Brooks who encouraged our choices. We went home and decided to sit on it for a couple of days. Over the weekend Michael gave us a call just after we had jointly decided to proceed with the purchase of the car and told Michael so and that we would like to come over on Monday to pick it up. He was waiting with all the paperwork done and the car ready to go. We proceeded to go to Angelo for the financing portion of the car purchase and were more than pleased with his assistance. We then met with Michael to transfer our stuff into our new car and get the new car orientation from him. We loved this experience and have nothing but high praise for Michael.
