I needed to have some routine maintenance work done on my car and I was able to schedule the work to match the time when I was returning from a busine I needed to have some routine maintenance work done on my car and I was able to schedule the work to match the time when I was returning from a business trip and I was quite pleased and impressed that I could arrive at the dealership and have this work done in a very timely manner so that I could leave in time to return to my home at a reasonable hour after a very intense business trip. It was like clockwork; everything went smoothly and my car is running like the day I drove it off the lot! Thank you, Brooks for being so reliable and informative. I feel like Mr. Falzone is a trusted friend that I can count on to give me valuable and dependable information to assist me in making important decisions about my car. Air Bag Replacement I was called by Honda asking me to bring our 2012 Honda CRV in to have the air bag replaced. They set up an appt for me with Crown Honda. The follow I was called by Honda asking me to bring our 2012 Honda CRV in to have the air bag replaced. They set up an appt for me with Crown Honda. The following day I received an email from Crown Honda in Pinellas Park, Fl reminding me about the appointment and to see Brooks Falzone. When I got to the dealership I did have to wait several minutes to see Mr. Falzone due to many customers showing up at the same time. Mr Falzone checked me in quickly and I advised him that I may need an oil change as well. He checked my vehicle and said I still had 40% of oil life left and didn't really need it yet but would change it if I wanted it done. I told him I would wait and thanked him for being honest and would come back at a later date. He was very kind and honest and helped me find my car when the work was completed. I'm very satisfied by Crown Honda and Its staff. More

Airbag inflator recall Crown Honda sent me a recall letter regarding my passenger airbag inflator. Letter was detailed enough to cause me some concern. Took car in and was completed within 45 minutes. Thanks to Brooks Falzone for handling this quickly. I was met at the door and treated well without alot of sales/maintenance being pushed at me.
