The manager, John Contrearas, was equally fair, helpful and facilitated a smooth negotiating / buying process. Having done extensive research I signed the deal knowing I received an excellent price. My Highlander was a factory order and Bruce called me several times to update me on the status of the order. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership (and me) ahead of schedule. If it wasn't for him I would probably have gone somewhere else. He always had a smile and a pleasant attitude. Never got annoyed with me and always answered my questions. We made an appointment and Bruce went out of his way from start to finish to make our buying experience a pleasant one.We were actually reluctant to use the dealership as we had negative experiences before, once was a hard selling tactic where our car went "missing" and the one year old car they showed us was was in terrible shape for a used car including having 80,000 miles and a filthy interior. Bruce knew that we knew what we wanted, a Prius, went to get the car in another lot, spent a great deal of time with us, even after the purchase to go over the specs. The entire dealership seems to have changed for the better and when Bruce took us to service, they were accommodating while we made our first appointment. A great overall experience. THANKS BRUCE!
