Great experience This was one of the easiest truck buying experience I ever had . Bruce was awesome and worked with me through the whole process from start to finish . Also there was a guy from the service department that got my truck ready to go by moving my tool box and making sure all my stuff was moved to. “Bruce it up!” After almost 11 years of having my 2007 Nissan Altima, I decided it was time for a change. I had gone to other dealerships prior to checking out Nissa After almost 11 years of having my 2007 Nissan Altima, I decided it was time for a change. I had gone to other dealerships prior to checking out Nissan Huntsville & needless to say, no luck ! Went into Nissan Huntsville last Saturday just to look around & left with my dream car! 2018 Nissan Rouge. Bruce made it educational, fun, personable, it was everything! Very patient!!!!! He knew just what would fit my high maintenance needs!!!!!! Cause I don’t settle ! 🤣 He got me into a car that I love. She asked very few questions and allowed us to look. Once we found what my wife wanted Jacquelyn explained the process and we decided to attempt a purchase. This is where we met Bruce Bennett who was working with Jacquelyn, We explained to Bruce we were not buying Saturday. With our approval he presented us with a quote. Explained that we would take the qoute home and mull it over which was fine with the dealership. Returned Sunday and met with Jackie and Bruce with a counter offer. We finally agreed on a price. This is where Brent Drake entered the picture as the finance person. Brent was straighr forward and honest in obtaining financing. Best car buying experience I think I have ever had. More

Poor business practices The sales people at Landers Nissan are nice and professional but if they continue to have to depend on finance managers and other management to help c The sales people at Landers Nissan are nice and professional but if they continue to have to depend on finance managers and other management to help continue to close deals for them I would be concerned for their well being. The first time we negotiated the APR offers were ridiculously high. It took a roughly 5 minute visit to my bank to get a much lower rate. The 2nd time after management offered a fair APR I informed them that I was no longer interested in trading in my vehicle. The trade in, valued at $500, caused another manager to then raise the agreed upon price $1000. More

Very nice experience I contacted the dealership online Friday evening the 27th of January about an Xterra. I received a call from Leonard Payton on the next day. I mention I contacted the dealership online Friday evening the 27th of January about an Xterra. I received a call from Leonard Payton on the next day. I mentioned needing to trade my Jeep but that I owed money on it. He encouraged me to look at the Rogue and asked when I could come in the dealership. I really didn’t want to buy a new vehicle but agreed to come in that Monday. On Monday I mentioned not wanting the Rogue because it was a four cylinder. He asked me to drive a Murano home just to see if I liked it. I did even though I expected not to like it. I ended up loving it but didn’t want to tell him that. Long story short, Leonard was able to trade my Jeep in with me owing nothing on it as well as getting me what I want in spite of an initial snag with a dealer trade. He did a really good job and made sure I got what I wanted. I’m happy with my purchase. More

My wife and I have used the service department at this location for all Nissan service since 2008 (we had a 2008 Maxima) and have always been treated fairly and courteously. Our relations with the service department are what brought us back around to look at new cars at this dealership. Mr. Ruth kinda took us under his wing and treated us well. Mr. Bennett also contributed to closing the deal. We bought a 2014 Pathfinder in Nissan in Franklin TN a few years ago because of a bad experience at this dealership at that time, but Mr. Ruth and Mr. Bennett corrected all our concerns so we made the deal. Needed something different We have owned Nissan's before, an Xterra, and a 200SX. the Xterra didn't last as well as the 200SX, and our previous experience with the previous ser We have owned Nissan's before, an Xterra, and a 200SX. the Xterra didn't last as well as the 200SX, and our previous experience with the previous service department ownership (Regal) was to say the least not good at all. Promises made and not kept.. So the verdict is still out on the service department. This is why the lower rating for the dealership. Maybe down the line, they can/will earn the other two stars.. The sales people with the new ownership we dealt with were extremely friendly, and knowledgeable on the vehicles we were looking at. They weren't pushy or over zealous to try to make a sale. Earl Burke did a fine job, and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle. We were told by the business manager, that we would receive 4 (four) free oil changes, but then we were told by sales that it was only tow free oil changes. I'm not sure if any of this is in writing, only verbal at this point (we will review all our documents).. More
