onr rude group of people! We bought a 2017 Altima. The salesman lied to my husband when we asked if the car we started to buy had been wrecked he said no, so I took the car to We bought a 2017 Altima. The salesman lied to my husband when we asked if the car we started to buy had been wrecked he said no, so I took the car to get checked and yes the car had been wrecked 3 times all major. That's how we ended up getting a new car. Brent was rude of the rudest. It all came to him being rude because we didn't want to purchase a gap insurance plan from him that was a total rip off. To tell someone that their making no sense because their being smart with their money. With my father being in finance I mean really did you think you were going to rip us off!!! Will never buy anything else from them. I could go on and on. The staff don't work as a team. They only wanna work with their on culture I mean it was a bad car buying experience. 2017 More

Not your typical car salesman or dealership. Non pushy! This was by far the most pleasant experience puchasing a new car in 45 years. Poor Customer Service We were sold a Rogue 3 months ago and for the last 2 months we have taken it back 5 times to have the heat fixed. One of the 4 vents is putting out he We were sold a Rogue 3 months ago and for the last 2 months we have taken it back 5 times to have the heat fixed. One of the 4 vents is putting out heat, the rest cold air. We have been told that it could not be fixed. We have a hard time getting people to contact us back and the only thing they say they can do is charge us an additional $14,000 to change it out for a Rogue that actually works. More

He was laid back, didn't rush me, and took his time explaining pros and cons of every choice I made.I am use to dealing with small town car dealerships so I was a little intimidated when I arrived, not to mention I drove 2 hrs to get there. Anthony made me feel appreciated and at ease with the whole car buying experience. Bruce the floor manager was also a great experience. He sat down and worked with me until the right deal for me came into play. The were a great team to work with and I will most definitely recommend to other people for their next car purchases..Bruce the finance guy was also very pleasant to work with was fast , concise, and helpful Thanks for the great experience guys !!!!! Bad experience in Landers McLarty Nissan Before I visit Nissian, I think it is a good international company. But I am wrong. My first sales is Daniel, I provide all the document for reviewing am I qualified to have a lease car. After 2 days, I want to know the result, but she is hard to get in touch. I call a so-called manager "Bruce", but he was impatient and said "I don't understand " and then hang up my call and I try not angry, call him the other day, he was still impatient, request me not to call again. I am really disappoint. After I selected my car at 0500 pm on 19 May , I waited 3.5 hrs to speak to the finance manager or sales "SAM". When I asked SAM to revise the used mileage from 7 to 12 and about the lease payment schedule he showed up arrogant and unpleasant. I tried to show my politeness to ask again, but the answer was the same" check with the bank or the billing company", I want to say I am a customer from Taiwan even though I am not excellent in speaking English. But why should I tolerate your bad manner? You can think about that someday you come to Taiwan with poor Chinese speaking or listening ability. When you face the same situation what will you do. Even though the bad experience in "Landers McLarty Nissan", there is still a good sales "Marvin Pinchon". He only service in Nissan for 3 months, but his patience and proficient really let impressive, thank you for your help. More
