As I stated in my previous review I would NOT recommend Russ Darrow Mazda to anyone due my recent experience with them. They ruined my very first experience with having a vehicle the vehicle itself was a l Russ Darrow Mazda to anyone due my recent experience with them. They ruined my very first experience with having a vehicle the vehicle itself was a lemon unfortunately, I didn't even own the vehicle a week before it began to have problems, Problems they were warned about before completing the sale! I strongly believe that you cannot separate quality and integrity and though I understand Russ Darrow Mazda is a business they should care more about their customers experiences and the quality of service they provide; Transportation is a necessity and the customer's experience and quality of the vehicle being sold should be their top priority and it's not! To me it's about the money and numbers more than quality and integrity and that's unfortunate, Because those two characteristics are what keep customers coming back and even better they send customers as a result of their positive experience. Russ Darrow Mazda failed in that regard they need to learn from their mistakes and NOT sale a customer anything that themselves wouldn't own purchase or operate. Despite the hype all money is NOT good money especially if the person completing the purchase is not satisfied and feels confident about their purchase. I regret the situation went how it did, However I did learn from the experience. Donatario was helpful in what he could control and I appreciate him for that! I did not personally work with Miguel so I couldn't leave a review for him. More

I would NOT recommend Russ Darrow Mazda to anyone! Bruce was nice and professional and tried to help me with a rental so I appreciate him for that However Russ Darrow Mazda ruined my very first experi Bruce was nice and professional and tried to help me with a rental so I appreciate him for that However Russ Darrow Mazda ruined my very first experience owning a vehicle they had the vehicle in service for over two weeks and the worst part is the issue still was not fixed after I picked up the vehicle the same issue I brought the vehicle in for previously the check engine light! Not to mention the mechanic they had working on the vehicle did not correct the issue and seemed to not really know what he was doing either! Car dealerships and sales people in my opinion are just like politicians and politics fast talking swindlers that look the part but in real time they truly don't deliver or care about integrity, honor, and doing what's best for everyone it's all about the sale no matter what that means for the unsuspecting buyer. In this world we all are responsible for our actions and Russ Darrow Mazda will have their moment because what they're doing isn't right and in the end it won't last and to their shame it does not have lasting peace and value I deeply regret the entire experience as it led to wasted time, money, and efforts for my family and myself! More
