Friendly, professional and quick! The first experience was just perfect. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appt. and I was greeted promptly and the man who spoke to me was very fri The first experience was just perfect. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appt. and I was greeted promptly and the man who spoke to me was very friendly and Informative. Sorry, I don't remember his name. He showed me the waiting room, was very nice to my dog and told me it would be about an hour. It was less than that and Bruce Carrington was nice enough to come over and check on me. I drove up from Spring Hill and it was well worth the drive to receive such gracious service. More

Above and beyond. I went in to Eagle Buick GMC on the recommendation of a friend and talked to Bruce. I told Bruce what I was looking for and what my budget was and he I went in to Eagle Buick GMC on the recommendation of a friend and talked to Bruce. I told Bruce what I was looking for and what my budget was and he found me a newer vehicle than what I was looking for with less mileage than what I was looking for and stayed within the budget I gave him. I will be using Bruce again in the future for any vehicle purchases as well as recommend him to any and all of my friends More
