Hi Jessica, Thank you for the follow up, though I’m not sure what there is to discuss. I can provide you with any information you’d like relating to the service appointment, but it comes down to time management: My appointment was for the earliest time possible, and I checked in early for that - to change out 4 tires and do a minor software update should not have taken over 4 hours. There is no way to put a positive spin on that. The appointment was made/verified online before coming in.
