After a shockingly poor experience with a Volvo dealership in Denver, my wife and I took our business to Bob Penkhus Volvo. Bruce and Hugh gave us 5-star service without the "four-square" run aroun dealership in Denver, my wife and I took our business to Bob Penkhus Volvo. Bruce and Hugh gave us 5-star service without the "four-square" run around. They didn't bat an eye when we said we brought our own financing. Bruce even stayed after closing to make sure that our new Volvo was set up with our individual profiles and walk us through operating some of the complex technical features. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the sales team at Bob Penkhus Volvo. They have certainly earned two more lifetime customers. More

From the moment I walked in it was a professional and stream line experience. Bruce was awesome with showing us the car that we where interested in and it was the one we ended up purchasing.
