People were pleasant and friendly to deal with. Two key points that made the overall experience poor: 1) the financial pricing gimmicks — i .e., discounts for financing, and discounts for trades — Two key points that made the overall experience poor: 1) the financial pricing gimmicks — i .e., discounts for financing, and discounts for trades — versus simply offering a fair and market-based upfront price; 2) the closing experience was terrible — what should’ve taken 5 minutes took over an hour because I had to listen to add-on/supplemental costs (i .e., extended warranties, and other offerings).
