They claimed rotors were rusty and needed replacement and brake pads were down to 10%. 6 months prior and 3,000 miles ago during a service that cost $2,000 they claimed car was in perfect condition. Sensing a lack of honesty I left without performing the work. I subsequently brought it to another Toyota dealership and was told brakes were in good condition with 50% life left. Don't go there, they are dishonest. More
