Purchased used car I had taken my escape in for a recall service and was in need of a rental. Service dept so very friendly and polite. They had a rental car ready for I had taken my escape in for a recall service and was in need of a rental. Service dept so very friendly and polite. They had a rental car ready for me also. But I had been looking for an escape titanium. They had one I was interested in and Randy Weber, the Used car Manager, was very helpful as they just had gotten this one in the day before. Bruce Walker, my used car salesman, was the best! After he went over everything about the car, I told him I needed figures on my escape. Since it was in the service dept, needed to wait until it was done then they could give me an appraisal. I left in the rental to run errands and went back when my car was done. Bruce had everything taken care and had all the info I asked for. We came to an easy agreement on trading mine in on the titanium. Bruce made the buying experience very easy. I'm super pleased with everything! More
